casting calls in MA

I am interested in finding out where there are legitimate casting calls or auditions for 15 year olds in MA. I really want to act in television and/or movies and don't know where to begin. I'm also interested in modeling (magazine or catalog) - I'm only 5'2" 1/2 and all the agencies I've been in contact with say I'm too short. I know there is a market for petite models but no one has offered any helpful information. Please provide me with whatever you can to help me get started in either acting or modeling. Thank you.
