It should be entitled "Brad Pitt's crap".

I didn't find the film that bad but it isn't flawless. I would think you'd be more put-off by the bloated epic "Alexander."

"Oliver Stone's crap" was one of the worse movies I've seen too, but I found "Brad Bitt's crap" worse and with more inaccuracies.

I hope the 300 which is to come out soon is not going to be similar with these two.

I agree on the adaptation of "Troy" and the historic retelling of "Alexander" were not very well done and were most definetely did not remain faithful to the original. But I also found problems with the performances which was partly the direction and also that modern actors playing these kinds of characters seem to tip over into a being more of a parody. Angelina Jolie in particular. I would rather watch an episode of HBO's "Rome."

That I could not figure out -- Colin Farrel also slipped back into his native accent several times. I only saw the picture once and the reviews stated the script was inferior. I'm not sure it was the script other than the alteration of history (which is the bane of every historical epic) or the uneven performances. They just weren't that gripping.

I nominate, for the most insipid title, the film Title (1978)

For one of the longest how about the Belgian short comedy 1971, of zelfs al houdt Mosje Dajan zijne kak in en komt er voor 1971 genen oorlog, dan nog zal de Belgische film, dank zij de huidige situatie (om het kort te zeggen) er als volgt uitzien (1971)

Wow. What does that translate to in English?

Of CURRENT stupid movie titles, you gotta hand it to "Snakes on a Plane"

That is the worst title and could account for the thread not now being featured.

There goes another of my illusions up in smoke! I saw this movie when I was very young and thought it was great. I never got over the ending. So sad to find out after all this time that it was bad. Crying or Very sad
