it is about the size of a normal wrapped brownie you would find in a store roger. Not too much smaller.

Never tried it, but it sounds goood! Could it be made into a vegan dessert? I've been searching and searching for decent luxury desserts for vegans.

Thanks, shewolf. Whenever I find something with a good carb and calorie count, it's time to read the fine print.

it isnt TOO low carb. It does have sugar and wheat.
But it is on the lower side of BAD.. so.. essentially.. it is a good snack.

The ingredience include egg white flushd. So , sorry, tis'nt vegan.

But, I know they make several kinds. They MIGHT make one that is vegan friendly.
If not, you can take any brownie recipie you have and use the egg substitute that Silk brand offers.
The one they make stays gooey and works wonders in cookies and cakes..

There is another baking-mix producer which makes, I think, vegan products. I'll try to note the name next time I go shopping.

wow. Thanks littlek.

I'm old-school when it comes to baked goods (you take butter, eggs, flour...) Laughing so I'm often at a loss at what sorts of desserts and such to bring when there are vegans around. So far I've gotten by ok with the other dishes, but the desserts i've tried have mostly turned out blah...except for fruit based ones.

baked fruits with a little brown sugar on top of them always gets a good review in my home.

So does rice pudding.

Make 1 cup of rice like you normally would,
make a diffrent cup of rice with TOO much water in it so that it get soupy.
Skin and core one asian pear.
Put the soupy rice in the food processor with the asian pear and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of soy milk.
Blend til gooey.
Add the regular rice and 1 cup of raisins.
Run the processor again to get it all mixed up and there ya go. :-)
