I just retired, so am going to be doing fixers full time now. Anyone out there know what colors are the most popular for Kitchens and Bathrooms now?
Do you mean you will be fixing houses to sell? If so, I would stick to fairly neutral, muted colors in light tones - they tend to sell better. You may want to consult with a real estate agent in your area and see what is selling the best.
Are there any new developments in your area? Check out the model houses, and see what colors they are using. Also, if you have a large paint store in your area, you can pick the brain of the sales people.
