Wow! It sure didn't take long for you to take a likeing to him.
Be carful. He'll have you going from saving forest on the computer to climbing trees in the wilderness to drive spikes. Then you'll have to start the radical wing of the wildclickers

Amigo, my academic background is in environmental studies, and I worked in the area of environmental assessment on and off from 1977 to 1982. I'm just a spike away from certifiable environmental looniness

We - Aa, MA and I have dbl clicked for today also....
Great clicking Wildckickers - I no I no - it's the old sp trick.
I'll have to see if I still have a little thing I wrote many many years ago. When you had to start Windows from DOS. There, staring at you on the tiny black and white screen was a "C" Prompt. It just sat there waiting - waiting - waiting, staring steadily in anticipation.
Ah, those were the old days - Thank God they are gone........... grin

Something is going on at the Care2 site this morning that is unusual. I can't get a confirmation that any of my clicks count so far. I'll wait a bit and try later.

Already 67! Thanks Beth for the new thread.
Interesting topic.
1967
finishing school, getting my driver's licence, travelling to Bulgaria, Turkey and Greece by car,
working all summer with children in an mental hospital, being envious of a slightly older male relative who got a summer job on a freighter as a helper for the steward. Bringing Volkswagen to Montreal, corn from Montreal to Poland, and coal from Poland to Germany. He saw the fair, we only the slides. Promised myself to visit Canada- that I till have to do.
First real contact about environment issues because of a paper I had to write for school: Waste water cleaning in a chemical factory, and through friends of my parents who were working in their lab on acid rain, dying forests and air pollution.

Yer jest a babe.
I had a book many years ago entitled - 'The Texas Dictionary". It was a funny book which had entries such as = the definition of -
Far - as in - "That Far is hot!!"
and,
Cheer - as in - "It's rat Cheer, I found it."
and so forth,
it's embarrassin, I do declare.
