"Good News, Bad News" cartoon short???

Many WB/Steven Spielberg cartoons contained cartoon shorts within each of the episodes; one of these was a black-and-white short (that I believe) was titled "Good News, Bad News".
(There was a stick figure-ish guy who would be doing something, the screen would pause, a voice would say "Good news", and the clip would continue. Then the screen paused again, the voice said "Bad news", and the clip continued. They were hilarious--without a doubt one of the best less-than-a-minute cartoon shorts ever.)

Anyways, does anyone know which cartoon contained this short?
And, if so, can I find stills from it anywhere on the internet?

Thank you!
