I have an internal alarm clock (no, not stuffed up an orifice) and it invarioubly wakes me at anything betwen 4.30 and 5.30, whatever time I go to bed. I would imagine that I average about six hours kip per night.
At that time of the morning, there is bugger all on the radio or TV, so I come and bother you lot, and see who I can annoy.
