What's the average amount of potassium in a single orange?

I'd say 200mg for a medium sized one.

Do you by any chance know what the range of potassium levels ( low and high ) should be in the human diet?

1 141g florida orange has 141mg of K
1 140g navel orange has 256mg of K
1 98g (large) tangerine has 163mg of K
