@cicerone imposter,
Hi, CI.

We're supposed to answer on this thread re some questions. The thread has a lot of us doing that over time, and, despite how dull it sounds, the thread has done well, as the answers are often interesting.

So, sorry for the distraction, folks, from me.

@ossobuco,
Dear Ossobuco, you'll find the dear regular participants of this Mundane Participation thread don't mind the regular break in formula especially if the act of telling one's story or blues (depending on one's context) is at least an attempt at catharsis.

@tsarstepan,
no argument there, many of us are thread breakers. I wasn't sure CI knew about thread patterns..

...............hmmmmm- dogs or Set?

My doggies are under my feet all the time these days. We got 4 nerf guns for Christmas. Needless to say - they think that I am the safest place they can be - however - it is only a matter of time before I break my neck trying to maneuver around the two 70lb. beasts.

C.I. - I cannot even tell you how wonderful your food sounds. Although Osso - your Pasta Fagioli makes my mouth water as well. Man, I love food.

Swimpy - I LOVE cuddle duds. Think they are amazing. I buy my mother-in-law and I scads of them. Well...at least a pair a year. Smile

Sounds delish. I should have passed by Subway and traveled all the way from Steinway St. to New Mexico to see if we could go halvsies on that yummy sounding sandwich.

wearing: jeans, green sweater, socks.
hearing: Nothing. Brian Regan's Comedy Central special finished a minute ago. Haven't started iTunes or anything else to listen to.
eating: Finished a few sugar cookies that came with my spicy Italian sub from Subway.
drinking: Water's fine for me right now.
doing: Not much.
looking forward to: No idea... hit the austerity wall from this point on for at least a single month or so.
feeling: Hopefully irresponsible.

Happy New Year to all the Dramaturgically Bored!

@Swimpy,
Ashame. I saw True Grit and Black Swan and both films were excellent. I was planning on watching The Fighter today but I chose to see a Japanese anime film called Summer Wars instead.

Don't let any of those films pass you by when they get to their respective DVD release before the Oscars.

@tsarstepan,
Thanks for the reviews. Maybe we'll get to one of them today, but then again, the Bears are on Confused
