wearing: New black Merrells (just arrived today!). Very similar to the old black Merrells. After five years of looking for a replacement, realized I liked the black Merrells, if they just didn't look so scruffy. New ones are pretty and not scruffy. And yowza wowza comfy. Also: dark blue jeans, slate gray thin turtleneck, black cardigan, black jacket.

drinking: Nothing, should have something. Didn't have much of the water at the restaurant we went to for dinner, didn't taste quite right.

feeling: Stressed.
looking forward to: Having enough things done that I don't feel that every moment I'm not doing one of those things is a moment wasted. Progress is being made, but I want it to go faster.

wanting: flowery short sleeve shirt, product of my letting loose about prints as long as I can be sardonic about them. Stretch thin bluejeans so old that they be on their third level of popularity. My skaggy loafers. Good bracelet, the intricate silver one I bought at the plaza when I first got here in Abq. Haven't seen anything like it since. Should take a photo.

doing: a slow re do of house objects, just at the wrong time, I should be in the yard, aka weed city. But with the black widow web in the kitchen, I need to get the hutch moved. Some progress, not there yet. (much stuff moving involved)
wanting: my cousins' visit in two weeks to go well. The last time went fantastically. Therefore, by the Jo...... theory of the inverse ratio of expectations to fulfillment, it may end up four days of bitter disagreement, which would be natural to our points of view.
