@ossobuco,
liked his tune, couldn't understand the words (different language) but I often don't understand or hear correctly most words in the songs. (have a hearing problem that mostly effect speech recognition 85%). It doesn't stop me from liking music though. Cute too when he was younger, didn't wear well though. Noticed he was influenced by Bob Dylan, reminded of "knocking on heavens doors." Is that the kind of songs he sings?

I strangely miss the sounds that room radiators make. I find it oddly comforting.

It's about ... what? 6:45PM there Abbie in the UK? Go to bed early and get a good night's sleep! 2 Cents Smile 2 Cents

@tsarstepan,
I miss radiators too, for more reasons than the noise - mine was a very old radiator system with a new very efficient heater - thus both clean and low energy, in contrast to the ordinary low end tract house noisy inefficient piece of doo I have now.

I'm wearing near the same thing as yesterday. I lied, that purple shirt was not linen, but some kind of silk.
Am off to the goodwill store in a few minutes, with a potential grocery store stopoff.

@ossobuco,
I remember the feeling of partially waking up in middle of a New England cold winter's night and hearing the clank clank clank and feeling the warmth of the heat emanating from the radiators and feeling secure and comfy.

I do have the built in floor heaters here in my bedroom in Astoria ... but they pipes in them are much more quiet in this house then the ones I grew up with in my childhood.
