I may have asked you this before, and if I did, please excuse me--but which history course are you taking?
(History fan, here.)
I'm currently "suffering" through US History 1492-1870. I say "suffering" because I am a huge history fan, I'm planning on getting my Masters in history, and my time period I focus on is 1750-1850 and basically, my professor keeps getting basic knowledge facts wrong.
Good grief!! How crazy for the prof to be wrong?? Do you suffer silently...or with emphasis?
I'm taking US History to the Civil War, so I guess they are largely the same. Not my favorite period, but I did like the refresher on Chinese immigration, and women's rights (and lack of).
Do you have a long term assignment you're working on now?
And: what makes 1750-1850 so appealing to you? <curious> Westward expansion?
