painting on glass

Hi, all,
need some help with reverse painting on glass. Can't find a good medium to create fine, crisp outlines for my figures. The paints I have tried do not stick to glass well and the lines look sloppy even though I am using a fine brush. Any ideas? Anyone has any feedback on writing icons on glass (similar technique)? Thank you all..

They make special paints specifically for glass. A good craft store will carry them or you can order them on-line:
