Hotel Transylvania. Spectre. The Conjuring.
These 3 films are all worth watching.

@msolga,
'GETT The Trial of Viviane Amsalem' came out last year and I think it was pretty intense, if you like winter solstice this might be your cup of tea.

Also from last year Duke Johnson's stop motion picture 'Anomalis' was simply beautiful, and 'The Lobster' by Yorgos Lanthimos is worth a try too. Or, 'What We Do in the Shadows' if you like something fun

If you want to understand the current political situation from the Bernicrat perspective, watch Billy Bob and Sandra Bullock in Our Brand is Crisis.

If you don't like the road you're on, pave another one.

It's weird. This is a pretty fun thread, where people get tips about possibly good films to see - y'know, fun - like for entertainment?

I'm glad you think Nov 8th will break that fever. I think the sickness is deeper than that.

I agree it is a lot of fun. Can you feel the love? I can.

This is a new film I seen recently.

@snood,
no sense us bringing it down. I saw INDEPENDENCE DAY II. BOY what a pigeroo. It was almot campy like "PLan 9 From Outer Space"> There is a sizable opinion that this is what the producer was reaching for.

@farmerman,
I'm glad I didn't go see that one. The two I want to see now are the Bryan Cranston film The Infiltrator, and the new Jason Bourne film.

Kubo and the Two Strings (2016), 10/10. The animation studio, Laika, has created another stunning masterpiece of art and story.

Imperium with Daniel Radcliffe. He plays an FBI agent infiltrating a white nationalist group. I think this one might finally put a stop to anyone still typecasting him as the Harry Potter guy.
