That sounds like a great place!! Hurray for Osso!!

Wow! That was quick. Yes, congratulations. And it was only two Thursdays ago that Osso drove out of Eureka.
Three bedrooms: that's a bedroom, a study, and a studio--or a large studio if she knocks out a wall.
Yaaaaaaaay!
It needs some cosmetic work, but, you know me, I'd do that anyway, and the price was really good.
Ok, now for escrow - but escrow will be short.
My real estate agent is due to show up for the final signing of their counter offer (I don't get the washer and dryer, and am glad enough to give those up, as I found a new set on Craig's List for $300. total. That set will be gone when I need them, but its presences on Craig's list gives me a general idea re possibility. Plus I'll have a refrigerator and microwave to sell, so the difference won't be all so much moolah.
Mumm's champagne! Neato!
Good job, Osso! Tell us more about the house! do you have pics?
Congratulations Osso! Well done.

Hooray!
That was fast!
Please, may we have pictures? I'm just dying to see!
OMIGOSH! This is such great news!!!
Yes, any pictures would be much appreciated, though any privacy concerns would be understood. (PM, maybe?)
<yay yay yay!>
That really sounds great ... and was, indead, very fast!
If it backs up to Petroglyph, it must be about a stone's throw from Dys & Diane & BBB, right?
(Not THAT stone! It has markings on it!)
Well done, Osso.
I have no idea what one is, but if I was backed up to a petroglyph, I would make sure that my trousers were properly secured.
Here's a link on petroglyphs...

As to pictures, I'd rather not give a link to the real estate ad, folks.
I will take photos off and on as I spruce the house up, and post them at some point. I'll get some of my film developed, one of these days, from the trip and my first days in Abq and post any that turned out.
Congratulations-
the area around the petroglyphes is very nice.
I'm sorry I missed meeting you and your husband, Ul. I heard you two got to see some wonderful areas of New Mexico..
This has been so exciting and so much fun! Jo is so easy to get along with; not needing to be told it's OK to get into the frig, OK to do anything for that matter. She is like one of the family. And Paco.
Sweet Paco has now become the other man in my life. He is darling and sweet natured. Whenever Osso goes on a house hunting trip, he remains at the door waiting for her. Touching and poignant. When Sally wants to play and Paco gets tired of her, he finds a little corner and settles in, leaving her to be hyper on her own.
We are so happy for Jo; it will be lonely without her here in the house, but wonderful knowing that she isn't far away.

I think that's completely okay - I've been jeaulous all the days: dys whispering sweet nothings day and night, night and day to two such lovely girls ... and then being pampered by them all over ....
Lonely, with Dys around? Ha!
Great news, Osso. It sounds like you'll be settled in, with dear friends close by, in no time. Kudos to you!
