High end soft serve ice cream, especially from Big Gay Ice Cream.

Fail at baking a cake by...
baking and decorating a beautiful looking cake that tastes dry and weird or
baking and decorating an ugly monster of hideous beast of a cake but ...
at least it tastes good and is pretty darn moist to boot.

An ugly, beastly looking cake which is moist and delicious. (I've never been good at decorating my cakes)

@Sturgis,
24 hour/7 days a week/365 days a year outdoor bowling alley next to your home:
There will always be small breaks when the bowling alley wouldn't be busy. And I'd invest in a good pair of headphones for the day and a good pair of earplugs for sleeping in.

Spend a weekend in Wonderland (Alice's old stomping ground) or camp for a week in the abandoned Wonderland Greyhound Park (no running water or electricity)?

Abandoned horse ranch. Abandoned places have a creepy, fascinating appeal to me.

Sesame Street...and then park the kid there for The Electric Company and Mr.Rogers (rescue them before Teletubbies or Barney The Dinosaur comes on)

Grate your cheese, shred it by hand or get it pre-grated?

@Sturgis,
Most likely: grate it by hand. It's cheaper by the pound and you can get better choices of cheese.

Being forced to quantum leap between the characters of really bad (redundant) 80s sitcoms and reliving several seasons of each series for the next 100 years?
