I won't sneeze at black eyed peas. But chickpeas are fundamentally amazing. The foundation of hummus and also in salads? Chickpeas are perfect.

You've just pulled out of a McDonald's drive-thru. You reach into the bag for a french fry, and it's . . . kind of warm. Do you go after a refund despite the substantial inconvenience to you, or do you keep driving, with every fry reminding you of the ripoff?

Not at the exact top but close to the top of things that I will fix when I am King Of The World... there will be a machine installed between the drive-thru window and the window of the drive-thruer - all goods going OUT of the window will be temperature, freshness, correct order etc etc etc measured and if the fries are even on the 'cooling off' side the window attendant will be ZAPPED! This is a crime against humanity (cooling fries I mean - forget the attendant)

My coffee had better be hot wherever I buy it from. I actually have no power to do anything about it, but it makes me feel good to say "had better be hot."
