It depends, are you making dinner or boiling chicken for chicken salad......both are good.

My chicken salad includes a diced raw onion.

Don't like leather or suede, but did own a leather jacket I bought in South America several decades ago. Gave it to Goodwill. I like the Columbia brand jackets.
