After eating at a restaurant: allow for tipping or have no tipping allowed and have the restaurant pay the staff (server included) a higher wage thus pay a bit higher amount for the menu prices?

Have the restaurant pay an appropriate wage, which would allow the diner to tip for good service, rather than as a matter of course

Keep your first aid qualification up to date or just wing it?
