Same here Rae. One thing I don't put up with is being shoved. I have one of those faces that you can easily read by my looks and I can swear at people in many different languages without even opening my mouth, LOL!

I have one of those faces, too, Montana. I go out of my way to control my facial expressions so as not to give folks the wrong impression.

But, when I'm perturbed, there's no hiding it.

LOL Rae. Same here. I usually have a smile on my face, but tick me off and it's instant devil woman, hahaha!!! It does take a lot to set me off though. Pushing me is one of them. Ever have the person who pushes their basket right up to you to where it's touching you? That goes right up there with the pushing.

The times when I haven't been able to keep my mouth shut are when adults are swearing in front of children ~ doesn't matter if my child is present or not. But, it's worse when he is.

I don't appreciate that. And I get especially vocal when teen-agers are 'acting out' ~ I'll approach them and tell them that I understand what they're doing, but ask them to respect the people around them. I've not had one bad reaction ~ at least from the teen-agers.

Touching my stuff doesn't necessarily bother me ~ touching me is a whole new can of worms. And I don't put up with it.

I grew up in NYC ~ my Dad is a retired NYC detective. I learned at a very young age where 'my space' was.

I'm not keen about swearing around little kids either, although I don't classify teenagers as little kids. My son is almost 16 now, so I don't think about it much anymore.

I do. Kids are kids. Mine just turned 14, but looks 18. A few weeks ago one of his friends said sh*t in front of me and I thought the poor child was going to die right there on the spot!

Keep 'em young as long as possible ~ that's all I'm interested in.
