i UNDERSTAND THAT AT SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE,PURPLE SPROUTS MAY BE AVAIBLE TO EAT!

They are available now, but tend to have much lower yeilds than their green cousins, so growers are not that interested since they take up the same amount of space.

Purple sprouts
If you mean purple Brussels sprouts, why on earth would any one want to bother? The green ones are bad enough.
