Chicago has a
Clean Indoor Air Ordinance, which prohibits smoking in most indoor public facilities. Most bars, however, can opt out until 2008. Smoking cigars indoors, on the other hand, is routinely discouraged even in many bars. I've smoked cigars at Kingston Mines (blues clubs are pretty smoky places anyway, I don't think anyone noticed), but that was some time ago.
That being said, I wouldn't mind a shot at one of those Cubanos,
