Ju On was a scary movie without any special effects.
it is just people with make up, noises you hear , small amounts of back ground music
and above all else, it plays on the " im scared of what pops out in the dark" fear we all have.
it has been a LONG time since I have been truly scared by a movie. This one... freaked my sheeeet lemme tell ya..
