London hotels

I have never stayed in a London Hotel, but have stayed in many B&Bs in London. It really depends on how much you want to spend and what you are looking for. All the times I visited London, I was single and young. I was not spending much time in my room - it was basically a place to sleep so I didn't want to spend much money - also London hotels are very expensive.

If you want to save, I suggest going to a B&B, however, you can end up with not too beautiful place. Each one I stayed at was clean, but basically no frills. One thing, if you do decide the B&B route ask for a room en suite - otherwise you will have to share your bathroom and toliet. In one case, we had a shower in our room, but had to share the toliet - it was down the hall. So be specific on what you are willing to share or not share.
