I'm going in with a few friends and getting a grill for a couple about to get married - any suggests? A friend just told me they ahve some Weber gas grills on sale at Sears right now but that also I should look into charcoal - thoughts? suggestions? Grill afficiados? We're looking to spend btw 500-800 bucks. Thanks!
IMO charcoal grills produce a better product, but require dedication. Much more involved in term of starting, maintaining, and cleaning. Also, quality control is more difficult.
I'd go with gas unless this person is hard-core.
