My score was 2000, I hope that was good. I will try it again, and see if I do better.

Has anyone gotten any converts while playing?

We may all need to practice more. It's what FSM would want.

Can we build a cathedral out of macaroni? I suppose the uncooked kind would be needed for the struts and stuff. Plus the wagon wheel-shaped stuff for the flying buttresses.

[Beavis]Heh, I said buttresses.[/Beavis]

http://www.venganza.org/images/sp6.jpg Yes we could, with all shapes, and sizes. I have been looking for pictures of macaroni houses or buildings, but there is nothing out there.

Hhmmm ... the picture isnt very convincing, but the story says they built a watertower...

About 600 compete to see who can build the tallest and strongest spaghetti structure.

About 600 builders used spaghetti noodles as a substitute for steel Monday and Tuesday as they tried to build a water tower.

The students, enrolled in a freshman engineering course, participated in three competitions to build the tallest structure capable of holding a water balloon. Each of the seven-member groups had nothing but an 8-ounce box of pasta and a roll of masking tape.

Hey, and in Athabasca this summer you could have taken a course in bridge building ... for just twelve dollars.

Build a bridge out of spaghetti and see how much weight it can hold. Gold panning experts will teach you how to pan for gold - yes, we have real gold in this area! Experience life as an engineer and a prospector, and have a great time!
Ages: 8-14

Or in Tinton Falls..

TINTON FALLS - It was a day of spaghetti gum drop towers, toothpick bridges, paper airplanes and air-powered racers along with synapse-snapping Fermi questions.

Simply put, that's how the N.J. Physics Olympics played out at Monmouth Regional High School Saturday. [..]

OK, but they're cheating. Thats not really spaghetti. (See, they wont feel me - I wasnt born yesterday!)

Build a spaghetti structure:

This is no easy engineering feat! Design and construct a structure out of spaghetti and marshmallows. Although spaghetti doesn't seem like a strong building material, you can build suprisingly elegant and sturdy structures using it. Challenge a friend to build along with you.

You'll need:

spaghetti
mini marshmallows

Well, I just googled Spaghetti House and found ~

(1) An Italian film, over 20 years old: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0084709/
(2) A British restaurant: http://www.spaghetti-house.co.uk/
(3) A midmarket restaurant chain in Hong Kong: http://www.spaghettihouse.com/spaghetti/eng/about/company.jsp
(4) The Spaghetti House Siege: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spaghetti_House_siege

Googling House of Spaghetti brings forth ~
Jacques Trudeau (Canadian candidate for, uh, something in 2004)'s resume: http://www.cbc.ca/canadavotes/riding/057/
plus, a buncha sites about 'net poker. Shocked

http://www.venganza.org/images/sp6.jpg No, I found a lot of those too. I guess we will have to worship in the open air. We can always decorate the trees with the sacred manarony that falls from the heavens. Very Happy But, I'm sure someone can come up with a good idea.
