To identify watercolor Help me...

Hy, I bought a watercolor ...with a mark J.PEOLI in the middle of an encircled by an artist's pallet. I think that is not a Peoli item, but that is from the Peoli collection..... The signature is on the right bottom H.I.R.
It's a rare double-side watercolor. One side of the sheet shows a horse and cart by a river in a rural setting, the other shows a village. This side
has a number 95, with the signature H.I.R. It's looks European.Hope this
