Hi,
I wonder if anyone has some fitness pointers for sprinters out there.
I don't have a coach but I've got down to the low 10's for 100m. I'm 18 years old and when I see the guys I compete with their upper-body strength is much greater than mine. I think I could get much quicker if I was able to work on this but I have no real idea about what routines a sprinter should follow.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
