While using Microsoft I.E. I clicked onto a news page (I believe it was TIME World News) & the screen started loading up with multiple images of the page. They were reduced in size and there were at least ten of them. When I tried to remove one, others appeared on the screen. When I attempted to go to the green START button to turn the computer off, I found that the top toolbar (starting with "file," etc.) and the bottom (with the Start button) had been eliminated. I am not very computer literate, but it seems clear I am dealing with a virus.

Does anyone know the name of this virus? What do I do next?
