I’m curious if anyone here has actually felt a difference after asbestos was removed from their house. Do the health benefits show up right away, or is it more of a long-term thing? I’ve seen companies in Auckland that specialize in certified asbestos removal, but I’m wondering if people who’ve gone through it really noticed changes.

I'm not sure, but I doubt anyone would feel any difference. Ultimately, both the damage caused is normally quite long term. The same should true of the removal of the source.
Note that this is an uneducated guess.
