Is there a connection between Trimethylaminuria and cats, mold and FAS?

Hey, wondered if Cats, mold and Fetal Alcohol Syndrom could be reasons why someone developes a bad body odor. I assume it can come from the bacteria urin in cats, the toxic air from mold and the genetical disbalance from FAS.
I try to use antibiotics to redce my body smell, actual I smell like piss or poop.
