Little Hitler is doing his best to bring back as much corruption as possible to the federal government by taking the civil service protection from 50,000 federal employees. The jobs would become patronage jobs where the jobs would be awarded to those who worked for him in the last election. This form of corruption was common in the first half of the last century.
