I know the Dunkin Donuts I usually go to in Bethpage on Hempstead Tpke was around in the 1990s, the Dunkin in Massapequa on Jerusalem Ave by Marshall’s was around in the 1970s, but I wonder how long the other Plainedge Dunkin (the one in Seaford across from the plainedge library) has been around?

Statistically speaking? I can safely say that no one here knows the wildly esoteric answers to either of your questions. Have you tried getting this information from your local chamber of commerce or town hall?

I wouldn't know because I live in Canada and would never go to a Dunkin Donuts anyway. Good Luck In Your Endeavours
I think you need to look at a few history books, if such exist, on these buildings.
