I’m fairly certain the following use of affect is incorrect in the 3rd sentence;
Everyone, including SWA, Elliott, Wall Street, and SWAPA, agrees that changes are needed. Where opinions differ is the amount of change required and the leadership team best equipped to execute those changes. After numerous conversations, we believe that Elliott is here to affect only the change that they have laid out publicly: a revamping of the SWA board to one that is comprised of directors with extensive and diverse resumes relevant to running a successful airline….

Am I correct?

Yes. It should be "effect".
