@gollum,
Congratulations on raising a topic of such broad interest and for the logic you mustered in its presentation.

Your concern about the cost to the community from the incarceration of criminals is laudable, notwithstanding a somewhat cavalier approach to their welfare.

Thinking outside the box, perhaps costs could be ameliorated if crimes involved compensation payments by the offender from asset seizure and garnisheed wages while he continued to work and live in the community running a golf club or some such.

On the subject of exile I'd like to see North Dakota and Alaska remain part of the United States.

@Real Music,
Actually, in our system of government, the party in power doesn't exile the opposition leader. They try to convince the citizens to vote for them instead of him.

@Brandon9000,
1. Are you talking to me?

2. Or are you talking to the OP, the person who actually started this thread?

3. I'm simply making fun of this thread at Donald Trump's expense.

@Real Music,
We don't put our political opponents in jail. I mean, maybe you do, but it's not the American way.

1. We also don't try to overturn elections after losing the election.

2. We also don't go around making baseless assertions that any Trump election lost is rigged.

3. I wish Donald Trump wasn't the mob crime boss that he continues to show himself to be.

4. Trump is possibly the biggest crime boss in the last 100 years.

5. Let's not forget how Trump wanted to lock up Hillary Clinton.

6. It's getting harder and harder to take anything you say as being serious.

@Real Music,
Your claims are absolute nonsense, as I shall now demonstrate. The conclusion will be either that you flee or refuse to answer, since you could never win a dignified discussion based only on the facts. Here goes.

You claim, "We also don't try to overturn elections after losing the election."

Okay, how did Trump try to overturn an election?

@Brandon9000,
You jail them in Guantanamo Bay.

Occupied land stolen from Cuba.

Actually they're not jailed they're tortured to death.

That's what America does put its opponamts in extermination camps.

It's an idea they picked up from Nazi Germany.

@izzythepush,
Exactly! Plus, the embargo. Why is it still in effect after all these years?

@Mame,
I'm in favor of exile after a stretch in jail. Barron and Milania get to stay.
