Homeland defense funds were poured all over police depts and spent on more weapons and "programs" and military crap than would be needed in any kind of situation. A town of about 10,000 near us just got a military armored vehicle for their "SWAT" team. Please. They don't need it, but they will need to use it, after all they got it. Get ready for the lawsuits, dismissals and lawsuits.

We need to roll police armament back.
