I don't like Trump either. I didn't vote for him in 2016 or 2020 and don't intend to vote for him this year.

That said, he isn't always wrong. For example, I think his firmness vis-a-vis Iran paid off, while Obama's weakness vis-a-vis Iran hurt us.

Also, though I acknowledge he inflated the value of his properties, I think the judgment's dollar amount is excessive. He will argue truthfully that any other real estate developer would not be fined, or the fine would be much smaller. This may persuade voters that he is being targeted and lead to his election later this year.
