Hi, I'm Tico. I've been reading for a while and, today, decided to get off the pot and post something. Where better than this thread?

It looks like a wonderful site, populated with a warm and interesting group of people. I have only belonged to one other forum, one for mutual grief support. The funny thing is that site often gets heated, members insult and throw hand-grenades. When we complain to the administrator, he warns that it's nothing compared to most discussion forums. That has kept me from exploring. But when I stumbled across this one by accident, I saw none of that behaviour.

I'm looking forward to participating.

Yeah-we are a friendly bunch of big softies who like being patted on the head and our tummies being tickled.
