Former house of correction ID number ???

Only kidding,
Its good practice to mix randome letters and numbers for passwords and such,
Maybe folks are just in the habit?

Maybe ?

Hello all. This seemed like the place to post this message.
I'm very new to this site; but hopefully that will change! I want to use the site as a way of hearing both praise and criticism for my work without sounding too pretensious.

I look forward to conversing with all of you Smile

No mistake with the italics... "Explain?!" I hear you cry; i'm only 16 and so still at school, so when i have to call my poems and writing "work" it makes me very uncomfortable.

As for the spelling mistake with pretentious.. the spellcheck told me i had done it wrong so i went with their suggestion.

Perhaps "pretensious" is the correct spelling in the UK?

Welcome to A2K Mr. Thomas!

Mr Thomas, How far are you from London? Did you know we're having a Europe A2K Gathering on April 30 and May 1? We're meeting at the ye olde Cheshire Cheese in London in the early evening for drinks, and follow up with dinner at a nice restaurant. We have about six Brits, two Germans, and five Yanks who have made committments to show up, so you're welcome to join us. c.i.

Nickd--

Welcome to A2K.

Your question deserves a thread all itself. Why don't you start one in the Performing Arts forum?

Hi to all new folks.

dan-E - click on Profile (near the top centre of any A2K page) and near the bottom, you can add an avatar to yourself. Either pick one from Craven's list, or make/find your own! If you have any problems, I think there are some help notes from Craven and others in Forum Help.

I really do not think you can blame the keyboard or the soft"were" for punctuation problems - heehee....
