ummmm, these days I have a hard time telling the two apart. The so-called punks around here are vegan, peace-loving kids with colorful hair and big rings.

the big problem is, punks or hippies, eventually they mostly grow older and decide that earning money, and buldozing the landscape or exporting democracy to other countries, or sending kids to a war (that they wouldn't go to) is the best use of their time

Like I said, too many farking hippies around!

(Tho the colored hair thing was always already the punks' biz, no. One of them things I miss: pink and steelblue mohawks)

Amigo, I'm more into Brit punk. Tho I once taped this track called "Drugs" by a band called the Lazy Cowboys that was pretty damn good

I like goths too. They seemed to have gone totally extinct for something short of a decade, but definitely seem to be making a come-back the last coupla years. Good - cause they're just beautiful...
