When was the first New Year's Eve you felt grownup?

I think I was twelve going on thirteen. My sister got me a babysitting job. I got to mind the kids (who were asleep the entire night.), stay up watching the ball drop at Times Square and I got paid money. I do not remember how much.

For me, probably when a five year old moved into my house and I had to learn to be a father. He's now a teenager and I have two younger kids Razz
