Here is one I like.

Bring chicken broth to a boil.

Add one T. spoon sesame oil and cubed tofu.

Let it simmer while you chop some fresh spinach and spring onions.

Add onions and simmer about five minutes then add spinach, turn off heat, cover pot and serve right away.

Have you ever been to Benihanna? Where they cook the food in front of you?

Well I love their fried rice -- it is the best thing i have ever put in my mouth and I can give you the ingredients but dont know the proportions

White rice cooked
garlic butter
scallions
chopped chicken
sesame seeds
chopped/scramble eggs
soy sauce
they dont use olive oil -- they use safflower oil or sunflower oil(cant remember)

But you could just practice it before and wing it -- it is sooooooooo yummy! You call them up and ask for the exact ingredients -- so good

Good Luck
