After a proposed contract is negotiated by union and company leadership, I believe it is submitted to the union membership to vote on.

Are retired members of the union permitted to vote?

If yes, are separate results announced for working employees and for retired employees as well as the aggregate results?

In my experience, retired members are NOT allowed to vote. Only dues-paying members are.
