Difference of suits in GTO

6-max, 100bb and cashgame.

CO raises to 2.5BB and SB 3 bet to 11.5, CO calls (pot24bb)

SB bets 4.8BB, CO calls (pot33.6bb)

On gto wizard, TsTc and ThTc both check 99% of the time, while TdTs, TdTh can bet 6.7BB 50% and 36% of the time respectively. Why can you bet if you have Td and why is there a 14% difference between the two? I want to know more about how different suits can impact your decision.
