Facebook Photos

I am an administrator for a Family Group. I would like to manage the Media (Photos and Albums) better. I continue to research on how to do these things 1) rearrange photos in albums 2) select cover photo for album 3) rotate photo to proper orientation. The answers I find, both on the Internet and in books seem straight forward, but when I attempt to do these things, the options are different. Example: Rotating a photo; no options for Rotation to left or right; only option is to Delete. Why don't my options match what the instructions say should be available? Have the same problem with the other actions I want to do. Would it have anything to do with the fact that I am administrator?
