I intend to buy a house. Found one but it has molding in basement and water infiltration. Any one has an idea about the cost of repair to do the insulation four house foundation?
Call a few local contractors for estimates - price will vary greatly depending on the damage. Prices also vary depending on where you are located. No
one could guess at the cost without a full inspection. You also want to know if any mold is up in the walls, it can make living in a house impossible. NEVER buy a house before hiring an independent engineer to assess the structure.
