If I visit the entry of a person (e.g., say a friend of mine) on Linkedin, does that person receive any kind of notice that I visited?

I don't believe they received any type of notice but by tapping their profile they can see "Who viewed your profile". Come to think of it I could be wrong, I do receive emails every now and then but they go into my spam folder and I just delete them. Might depend on your security settings.
