I was walking in New York City the other day and passed a man on the sidewalk who was offering what he claimed was marijuana for sale.
Is his doing that not legal?

As of now it is legal in various portions. Specifically the chemicals in specific.

You should have seen what the kitchen looked like the next morning, I put the dirty frying pan I made the pancakes with in the oven, found it the next morning.

Right now on beaches or very active out going places you might run into people selling eatables and things like that. Beyond that I do not care I just prefer to own the plants.
