Yep that is what happened to me - I have just settled for the A2k generated one.

The Kid did mine for me in the first place.
I was labeled a "troll" by a sub-group here so often, that I decided to own it. A couple of people have suggested that my avatar is more of an Ogre than a troll, but "laid back troll" was the image I was going with.
I try to be a "responsible troll". I tend to question the majority opinion (including my own). I will often push back on what I see as group-think. And, it is not uncommon either here or in real life, for me to find myself challenging the prevailing opinion. Some people don't appreciate that, and that is the troll image.
In real life I am more restrained. Over many years I have learned to keep my mouth shut depending on the social situation. But this is a discussion forum and I am here to discuss.
I certainly have similarities to the avatar I present here. I compromise a lot more in real life. If you were to meet me in person, you would likely not recognize me at first.

That's why you have kids - I tell my kids that all the time whenever I need they to do something on my phone or facebook or the like - I say that why I have you around.

That and languages, The Kid is fluent in German,Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese and BSL.
