I used to be a major Soporanos devotee and of course I do eagerly await Season 6, but with all this passing of time Deadwood and Carnivale have replaced them as my number one favorites.

How about you?

Chai Tea,

I LOVE that series! I am so looking forward to all the catching up I have to do watching it though. I have only seen the first season, but based on that alone, I will probably buy all the seasons on dvd that have been released. The characters are amazing. So quirky and unpredictable.

Six Feet Under and The Sopranos were about the only two programs I did watch when I had tv. Occasionally The History Channel or The Discovery Channel as those were my sons two favorites.

Dang, now I can't wait to go out and buy a season! Smile

oh! oh! oh!

I forgot about Nip Tuck.

I rented all the DVD's and watched them over 2 weekends.

Now THAT is some great stuff!

The one where the Columbian drug lord stuck about a dozen Botox needles in one of the doc's penis?

YEOW!

hahah - i've been watching season 5 on DVD for the past two weeks. Last night I watched the ep where Tony's sister goes to anger management for beating up another soccer mom. It was pretty good. I LOVE This show and have no idea how I'm going to continue without at least 5 more seasons!

I thought that the Sopranos jumped the Shark in season 4, but season 5 made it all right again. Im looking forward to season 6. m going to hve to go out and rent DEADWOOD the first season. Its available at Blockbuster.com.

Theres really nothing good on TV. maybe "History Detectives" "Antiques Roadshow" and "Red Green". "OH YEH, "Law and Order".

I used to like "Tremors the series" till it got really overtly lame.

"South Park" is lately become a shadow of its former greatness. (cant believe Im letting this out, )

The funniest (strange) genre, are these Build-a-bike shows or "trickin out a car" or " take a house and crap it up" shows. ALL of them do only one thing. They try to fill in an hour of doing buildouts by stressing how "little time" they have. The funniest is Orange County Choppers, where they show this crazy old biker who runs a business with his 2 sons. They are always fighting a deadline and thats the ONLY thing they bring to the show. Its phony suspense with one show, pretty much like all the others. Ive quit watching these shows , since theyre all the same show with different antisocial traits

Season 4 was a real dud...I thought 5 was slow but wrapped up a lot of junk so it was ok. I can't wait for season 6. I am slowly going into withdrawl and so I had to download the theme song onto my phone. Now every time it rings I cry one lonely tear.
